Jae Yang is a Compliance Coordinator at Aridai Consulting. He runs audits for data analysis, researches and tracks various industry policies and regulatory guidelines, and identifies compliance breaches and exposures. For data analytics and visualization, Jae utilizes programs such as Power BI and Excel. He hopes to continue to build Aridai Consulting into a leading firm by providing comprehensive, data-driven solutions to its clients. Before Aridai, Jae worked in nonprofit organizations to help underserved communities. With a desire to combine community work and data, he joined Aridai Consulting as an intern. He then transitioned to Compliance Coordinator to manage quality assurance and compliance monitoring on projects.

Born in South Korea and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Jae holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Arizona State University. When Jae is not leading data analysis and tracking compliance, he is learning to code and cycle. He also likes to cook Hello Fresh meals to feel like a chef and binge-watch shows.
