BMC embarked on a new Equity & Inclusion learning journey that started with finding a strategic partner that specializes in racial equity. While we believed that our culture was inclusive, we recognized that there could be blind spots and areas for us to improve upon especially as it relates to DEI. After speaking with many consultants in the DEI space, we selected Aridai for several reasons.
